A wonderful family friend, Brian Alldredge, was married to his beautiful bride Dawn DeRosa on April 20th. Brian is like a brother to me. Our families grew up together in Alabama. Brian and Dawn asked Blake to be the ring bearer in their wedding. We were honored they asked. I prepped Blake for the big day. I felt like he would do a great job but you never know with a 3 year old. He did a fabulous job and really enjoyed himself. He liked wearing what he called his "tux" and when it was all over, he said "I want to do that again". He earned a couple of new little cars over the wedding weekend so that could be his motivation to be another ring bearer. The wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed the time we were able to spend with our family in Alabama.

Small world!I was looking at a blog a couple of weeks ago and notice this girl was in Huntsville the same weekend you and Barry were...she was there for a wedding. I remember thinking, Hmm wonder if it was the same wedding, and I just checked her blog and it was!! Her daughter was even one of the flower girls!! I didn't really talk to this girl in college, just knew of her and sometimes read her blog through "other friends blog" but thought you would like to see the pictures she put on her blog.
